As you know, SILVER STORK are extremely passionate and dedicated to supporting expecting and new mums and dads in any and every way possible during their pregnancy and parenthood journey. And so, we are giving back by supporting COPE, with a portion of every SILVER STORK care package purchased being donated to this wonderful charity.

The Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) is a not-for-profit organisation devoted to reducing the impacts of emotional and mental health problems in the pre and postnatal periods.

COPE informs and educates through providing high quality, evidence-based information to empower people and guide them to care. They also serve to equip health professionals with knowledge, skills and confidence so that they can provide safe and effective care.

Taking care of yourself is a vital part of taking care of your baby. The free READY TO COPE program is a free e-newsletter that helps you feel prepared and reassured as you experience the emotional realities of pregnancy and early parenthood.
